This is a group of four Cheyenne warriors. They are probably patrolling their hunting grounds searching for enemy hunters. Although the major tribes often had vast areas in which to hunt, there were times when game was scarce and it was necessary to roam far and wide in search of major animals. These men have discovered horses and riders far in the distance and will investigate to see if they are friend or foe.
