It's springtime in Washington State's Goaat Rock. The snow is beginning to melt and the goats' winter coats are starting to drop off a little bit. Off in the lower corner is a real sign of spring; a willow ptarmigan is changing out of his winter coat and into his brown summer plumage, a little at a time. Just for fun, I've echoed the shape of the goats in the big cumulous cloud above them. - RF
