Cancellations, exchanges and returns by the purchasers:
Most framed, displayed items are refundable for 72 hours. Such items (excluding original works of art) may be exchanged (in kind) for a full 30 days so long as condition remains the same. These exchanges and returns are limited to residential sales of non-consignment items. Packing and shipping charges, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any such exchanges or returns must be authorized in writing by Gallery One.
Items cancelled due to non-payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee and forfeiture of payments made. Any credits issued must be used within 30 days toward in-stock non-consignment items.
Cancellations by Gallery One:
If Gallery One should choose to cancel your order, your payments will be immediately refunded to you. Causes for such cancellations include unavailability of your item or Gallery One's inability to locate an item for you in mint condition.
Condition:
All works are guaranteed to be in MINT CONDITION according to our strict inspections. We ask purchasers to handle each work of art with extreme care in order to preserve such conditions.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available in any denomination. They are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. View the gift certificate for expiration information.
Emails:
We respect your privacy, so we NEVER sell or trade our email or snail mail addresses. As a courtesy, people who email inquiries are included on our very private email list so that they will get advance notices of artist shows, special events, sales and new releases. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.
Errors and omissions:
Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes occur in pricing, descriptions or images. We deeply regret that we cannot be held responsible for such errors or omissions. We do appreciate your calling errors to our attention so that we can correct them quickly.
Layaways:
Gallery One offers flexible terms to suit your budget. Typical layaway terms require an initial payment of one-third with additional one-third payments made at 30-day intervals. Clients have the option of using a credit card autopay plan. Layaway payments are non-refundable and layaway sales are considered final. Special terms may be available upon request.
Payments:
We accept payments by cash, approved checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or approved terms.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, your item should be paid for in full when it is ready for shipment or ready for you to pick up at the gallery.
Pricing:
"Issue price" refers to the price established by the publisher or artist when the item is released. We maintain that price as long as possible. Once the item is "sold out" and only available thru "secondary" or "resale" sources, pricing can vary day by day or hour by hour as resales occur. In such instances, the prices you see on our website may represent the last of those items sold as opposed to today's price. That is why we often tell you to "email" for pricing. And that is why prices often change without notice. For your convenience, items are priced without frames unless otherwise indicated.

Sizes:
Sizes of paintings, prints and posters are approximate. Canvas items, whether stretched or unstretched, are measured to the "stretched" size. Paper artwork, including prints on paper, are measured to the "image size." Posters are measured to the paper size.

- Items purchased on sale or by auction may not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping/handling to Canada and offshore is determined at the time of the order.
- For the shipping charges for most books, figurines and other gift items, please inquire. Normally, two or more items fit in a box. Feel free to inquire when you place your order.
- Additional charges for canvas prints, framed art and sale/auction items may apply.
- UPS/Federal Express will not deliver to a post office box.
- Sales tax applies if shipment is made to an address in Ohio or picked up at Gallery One. Add 7% or the current rate.
- Sorry, no COD's.
- Taxes, duties and related fees for "out of USA" delivery are solely the responsibility of purchaser. If paid by Gallery One, such are automatically reimbursed to Gallery One by a charge to buyer's credit card.
- Call for quotes if you have: international orders, 2nd day air shipments, next day air shipments or framing.
Special Orders and Consignments:
Special order and consignment items (including custom framing) are final sales unless other arrangements are noted on the original invoice. Special orders and/or consignments are always subject to price and availability. Payments on special order and/or consignment items which have already been ordered from or shipped by supplier or received into inventory cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- It is our intention to check on availability prior to posting charges to your credit card.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm special orders.
- Final payment will be processed when item is ready to ship or be picked-up.
Storage:
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for items which remain at Gallery One beyond 60 days unless such arrangements are authorized in writing. Items which lack such authorization and remain for over 60 days are subject to a storage fee of $1 per day per item. Such charges, along with any remaining balances due, must be paid in full before the merchandise is released. Merchandise which remains over one year is subject to disposal.
