There are three ways to vote for your favorite masterwork:

1. Vote in person at Gallery One
2. Send your vote by email to art@galleryone.com
3. Cast your vote by writing your favorite in the comment box
when you file an intent to purchase on-line.
(WHEN YOU VOTE, BE SURE TO IDENTIFY THE ARTIST
AND THE TITLE. YOUR VOTE IS VALIDATED BY YOUR NAME,
ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS.)

When you file an intent to purchase, you automatically are
casting a vote for buyer’s choice.
ABOUT FRAMING
Nearly all of our Masterworks are framed...most by the artists them- selves. To view framing on the web, click the small image and you’ll go to a detail page with an expanded image...then scroll down the page.
HOW TO PURCHASE
PURCHASE NOW ITEMS: Approximately, one-third of our Masterworks can be purchased conventionally. You make a purchase and the item(s) are yours. These items are indicated with a yellow box marked purchase now - no intent required.
FILING AN INTENT TO PURCHASE: Once you have browsed MASTERWORKS IN MINIATURE in person or via the web, you can file one or more intents-to-purchase in person; by phone or fax; U.S. Mail; email or through our website. If filing on-line, click the Submit Intent to Purchase button on the item's detail page and add the Intent(s) to your cart. Remember, you are only obligated to purchase one item if drawn unless you have instructed us to the contrary. If you are drawn for more than one item (and we do not have specific instructions from you), we will contact you for further instructions.
When you file an intent for a particular Masterwork, your intent is placed in a box with others who desire the same painting or sculpture. On Saturday, March 26 at 5 p.m., a drawing will be held for each work of art and a winning name will be drawn from each box. Duplicate intent-to-purchase forms (filed by the same person) for any one item are removed prior to the drawing.
You may submit as many intent to purchase forms as you wish, but each must be guaranteed by your credit card or by a personal check issued to Gallery One. Such guarantees must be received prior to the drawing for purchase rights. Note that your credit card will not be “run thru” nor will your check be deposited unless you are drawn for applicable purchase rights. (If you are guaranteeing your intents by check(s), you must submit a separate check for each intent that you file.) Shipping to locations in the continental USA is usually $25 to $35 per item.
SHOW STRATEGY! If you choose to submit your name for just one masterpiece - and your name is not selected - you will likely go away disappointed. However, if you submit your name for more than one item, your odds of being selected are tremendously increased. If your name is pulled more than once, your only obligation is to purchase one item. Any item passed on is redrawn until each MASTERWORKS IN MINIATURE finds its perfect home. Thus depending on your luck the day of the drawing, you could have the option of taking just one...perhaps two...or maybe more works of art.
